   It’s a solid axel Toyota. I owned one just like it only with out the lift. It’s no wonder that it could still drive. Those trucks are so simple underneath, that there’s hardly anything to break. tires, axel, diffs, drive shafts, leaf springs, 2 shocks that do nothing, transmission and transfer case. (the last two usually have skid plates. I’d like to see one w/ IFS do that. (FYI, the Toyota IFS is based 100% off of the ‘83 S10s and Blazer. Look if you ever get a chance.)

   im impressed by the Jeeps power! were they V6s or V8s?. and of course the 4Runner, nothing can stop that machine.

   Poor 4Runner. That’s Toyota for ya, starts right back up and drives off like nothing happened. The guy better be more careful next time.

   i have a jeep cherokee and a 4runner. they both are awesome. a vehicle is as only great as who takes care of it. and who does what to make it better.

    So that’s what happened. The club I belong to co-sponsers that trail. We had heard of a roll over off of the trail and could see the damage but knew of no details. I’ll forward this to our forest surface contact and our trail co-sponser. Nice recovery by the way.
